Natural Ways to Ease Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a condition whose main symptoms include pain in your hand, weakness, numbness and tingling.

According to some researches performed at the University of Maryland Medical Center, it usually appears because of some strained nerve in the wrist. It’s the median nerve in the hand that becomes pressed by the swollen tissues around it and causes weakness, tingling, numbness and pain.

These symptoms must be treated in time. Otherwise, they’ll only become worse and the condition can continue for up to several years. You can even experience a permanent damage.

Make sure you prevent the condition or treat it as soon as you notice some of the symptoms.
