Sugar is one of the most addictive substances we all consume more than we should. Avoiding sugar is almost impossible – it is present in almost any type of food we eat, including fresh fruits as well. Sugar is a highly addictive substance that can seriously damage your health. Feeling robbed of energy and tired is definitely a sign of too much sugar in your body. Sugar may increase your energy levels for a short time, but it will make you crash down to earth later.
