How to Make Alkaline Water to Fight Fatigue, Digestive Issues and Cancer

  • 1 tablespoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 l. of purified water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 glass jar



Pour the water in a glass and squeeze the lemon in, then add the Himalayan salt and mix well until it dissolves. Drink the beverage every morning on an empty stomach to alkalize your body and prevent numerous diseases and conditions.
