Cucumbers are one of the healthiest vegetables that exist. Although many people don’t think so, they are incredibly healthy and refreshing, especially in the hot summer days. Cucumbers belong to the Cucurbita family native to India, but they are cultivated in all parts of the world.   • 2 cups of chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup of chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 1 chili
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of lemon juice



Mix the 7 first ingredients in one bowl and the remaining 4 in the other, then blend the mixture and serve it on grain toast. Enjoy!
